Our Story
Reliable exists because most reliability training and consulting is built backwards. It starts with theory and hopes you figure out the application. It ends with a report and assumes you'll handle the implementation.
We started from the other direction. Jeff Parker spent 29 years leading reliability programs inside Cargill across 140+ industrial facilities. That experience became The Reliable Method, a structured framework for building reliability programs that produce measurable results.
We brought Jeff together with a team that knows how to build and deliver training and advisory programs at scale. The result is a company that gives you the framework, the tools, the accountability, and the expert help to actually move the needle.
Reliability is a leadership discipline, not a maintenance project. It starts at the top and needs buy-in across the whole operation.

Co-founder and former president of Noria Corporation, where he led a 50-person organization to Oklahoma Top Workplaces four years running and built a nationally recognized reliability training business. Serves on the ICML Board of Directors. Over two decades of experience in the industrial reliability space. Leads Reliable's operations, partnerships, and growth strategy.
