Cancellations and Refunds

• 30 or more days before the start date: Full refund.
• 14 to 29 days before the start date: Refund less a $75 service charge per registration.
• Fewer than 14 days before the start date: No refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Missed sessions and nonattendance are not refundable, except for approved emergency exceptions.

Payment

Payment is due at registration unless other arrangements are approved in writing. For confirmed registrations, nonpayment does not constitute cancellation. Any balance owed under these terms remains payable regardless of attendance.

Substitutions

You may send a colleague in your place at no charge by emailing their name, company, and email address before the workshop begins. Each registration covers one attendee for the full workshop and cannot be shared.

Transfers

You may transfer once to another public session of The Reliable Method Workshop scheduled within 12 months of your original start date, subject to availability. Requests must arrive at least 14 days before the original start date. The transfer fee is $75 for requests received 14 to 29 days beforehand; no fee applies 30 or more days beforehand. Any difference in registration price is charged or refunded. Transferring does not reset refund deadlines, which remain tied to the original workshop start date.

Emergency Cancellations

For cancellations otherwise ineligible for a refund, Reliable may grant an exception for serious illness, family emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances. Contact us before the workshop begins whenever possible, or as soon as reasonably possible afterward. Approved emergency refunds are reduced by a $75 service charge per registration.

Cancellation or Schedule Changes by Reliable

Reliable may cancel or reschedule a workshop for insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or other circumstances. If this happens before the workshop starts, you may choose a full refund of registration fees paid or transfer to an available session without a transfer fee. If a workshop is interrupted and cannot be completed, you may choose a prorated refund for the undelivered instruction or an equivalent credit. Reliable does not reimburse travel, lodging, or other related expenses.
